FPL-55712 is a cysteine leukotriene type 1 receptor antagonist with anti-inflammatory activity. FPL-55712 can effectively block the biological response caused by leukotrienes, reduce allergic reactions and airway inflammation. FPL-55712 shows potential in suppressing asthma and allergic rhinitis[1].
