Biotin-LC-LC-NHS is a biotinylation reagent that contains an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) moiety, which activates carboxylic acid groups on biotin to facilitate coupling reactions, and a 30.5 Å spacer to decrease steric hindrance. It has been used to biotinylate small molecules such as paclitaxel and coenzyme Q10 for use in binding site characterization.
A biotinylated cross-linking reagent.
Biotinamidohexanoyl-6-aminohexanoic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester has been used in human IgM biotinylation.
trifunctional aziridine reagent very reactive for active hydrogen groups
