[Sar1,Thr8]-Angiotensin II is a potent angiotensin II antagonist. [Sar1,Thr8]-Angiotensin II does not alter cardiac performance. [Sar1,Thr8]-Angiotensin II might be safe for patients with cardiac disease[1].
