Farletuzumab (MORAb-003) is a potent folate receptor-alpha (FRα) inhibitor. Farletuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody with high affinity for FRα. Farletuzumab possesses growth-inhibitory functions on cells overexpressing FRα. Farletuzumab can be used in research of cancer[1].
