N,N,N′,N′-Tetramethylphosphorodiamidic chloride was used in the synthesis of (-)-allohedycaryol and C2-symmetric binaphthyl phosphortriamide. It was also used in total synthesis of neohedycaryol.
Bis(dimethylamino) Phosphorochloridate is used as a reagent for protection of alcohols, ketones, thiols and amines; reductive deoxygenation of alcohols and
ketones.
Bis(dimethylamino) Phosphorochloridate is moisture sensitive; store in a dry, cool environment. Handle in a well-ventilated fume hood.
