Propargyl-PEG8-alcohol

Propargyl-PEG8-alcohol has a hydroxyl group and a propargyl group. The propargyl group can participate in copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry.

Propargyl-PEG7-alcohol is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Propargyl-PEG7-alcohol is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
