7-Chloro-4-hydrazinoquinoline was used in the preparation of new Schiff base hydrazone ligand via reaction witho-hydroxybenzaldehyde.It was also used in the preparation ofN′-(E)-heteroaromatic-isonicotinohydrazide derivatives and the heteroaromatic 7-chloro-4-quinolinylhydrazone derivatives.
