Description
PGP-4008 is a selective P-glycoprotein (Pgp)inhibitor. It effectively reverses Pgp mediated drug resistance in NCI/ADR cells, but has no effect on the drug sensitivities of MCF-7/VP cells that overexpress MRP1.
