DIETHYLENE GLYCOL MONOOLEATE is a self-dispersing surface active agent. It is suggested as a w/o or o/w emulsifier with an auxiliary agent. It is particularly well suited for use in mineral oil systems. Suggested applications: cosmetics, coatings, paints, inks.
