Lipoamido-PEG3-Azide Chemical Properties,Usage,Production

  • Description Lipoamido-PEG3-azide is a PEG linker comprised of a lipoamide group and a terminal azide group. The azide group can participate in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DCBO and BCN reagents to form triazole moieties. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
  • Uses Lipoamido-PEG4-azide is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Lipoamido-PEG4-azide is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
