Disperse Brown 19

Uses

Disperse Brown P-3G (Disperse Brown 19) is a dark brown powder used for dyeing and printing polyester and its blended fabrics, as well as for printing and dyeing nylon. It is mostly used for printing polyester/cotton blended fabrics with disperse/reactive dyes in the same paste, and can also be used for resist printing.

Preparation

2,6-Dichioro-4-nitroaniline diazo, and N,N-bis(3-methoxy-3-oxopropyl)benzenaminecoupling.

Properties and Applications

red light orange, brown. Used for polyester and their blended fabric dyeing and printing, also can be used for polyamide fiber dyeing and printing. Particularly suitable for polyester/cotton blended fabric with scattered/active slurry printing, also because of the discharge printing.
