General Description
Dillapiole, a natural constituent of
Anethum sowa Roxb, and plant-based insecticide synergist is obtained from Piperaceae,
Piper aduncum L. It exhibits potential biological properties, and the essential oil extracted from
Piper aduncum L., rich in dillapiole content, is commercially available as an alternative for the natural production of synergistic lignans.
