Uses
Thr-Leu is a dipeptide composed of threonine and leucine. Thr-Leu can be hydrolyzed in the peritoneal cavity to generate constituent amino acids, thereby increasing the osmotic pressure of the dialysate. Thr-Leu can be used for the kinetic study of amino acid-based peritoneal dialysis fluids[1].
Definition
ChEBI: Thr-Leu is a dipeptide formed from L-threonine and L-leucine residues. It has a role as a metabolite.
