Hemocoagulase

Preparation

The preparation method of *Viper ventriculus* hemocoagulase includes the following steps:
A. Crude *Viper ventriculus* venom is dissolved in phosphate buffer, centrifuged, dialyzed, and subjected to DEAE-Sepharose chromatography with gradient elution using different NaCl solutions. The fractions are collected.
B. Dialyzed again and subjected to DEAE-Sepharose chromatography to obtain purified *Viper ventriculus* hemocoagulase.
C. The purified *Viper ventriculus* hemocoagulase is collected, desalted using a Sephadex G25 chromatography column, and the *Viper ventriculus* hemocoagulase raw material is obtained.
D. The obtained *Viper ventriculus* hemocoagulase raw material is collected, mixed with excipients, filtered, dispensed, and freeze-dried to obtain *Viper ventriculus* hemocoagulase for injection.

Uses

Hemocoagulase, deinagkistrodonacutus is a hemocoagulase isolated and purified from the venom of agkistrodon agkistrodon to prevent bleeding after surgery[1].
