Preparation
Chlorphenoxamine is prepared by action of methylmagnesium chloride on 4- chlorobenzophenone and subsequent alkylation of the carbinol with N,N-dimethyl-2- chloroethylamine. This compound is used in combination with 8-chlorotheophylline.
