Uses
Polyvinylimidazole (Vimdemer) is a weak basic polyelectrolyte and has been already used as a model polyelectrolyte to study adsorption properties on various minerals[1].
Definition
ChEBI: A macromolecule composed of repeating 1-ethylimidazole units.
Safety Profile
A poison by
intravenous route. When heated to
decomposition it emits toxic vapors of NOx.
