Description
The leaf extract of Tecoma stans contains two closely related alkaloids having
an actinidine type structure. This particular alkaloid is the fully reduced
compound and is possibly optically inactive, a specific rotation of [α]
20D 0° ± 2°
(MeOH) having been recorded.
