Boc-Val-Ala-PAB-PNP is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
In vitro
ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Description
Boc-Val-Ala-PAB-PNP can be used to design cleavable ADC linkers. The Val-Ala, as shown in the ACD Zynlonta, is effectively cleaved by lysosomal proteolytic enzymes while being highly stable in human plasma. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions.
