White needle crystal, odorless, bitter taste. Soluble in chloroform and soluble in acetone. Slightly soluble in methanol or ethanol, almost insoluble in water. Melting point 145~150 ℃.
Uses
Dihydroartemisinin is a derivative of artemisinin, which has a strong and rapid killing effect on the red internal stage of Plasmodium, and can quickly control clinical attacks and symptoms. It has the same efficacy against chloroquine and piperaquine against falciparum malaria.
