JWH 073 2-methylnaphthyl analog

Description

JWH 073 is a synthetic cannabinoid (CB) that activates both the CB₁ and the CB₂ receptor (K_i = 8.9 and 38 nM, respectively).¹ This cannabimimetic compound has been identified in herbal blends.^2,3,4 JWH 073 2-methylnaphthyl analog differs structurally from JWH 073 by having a methyl group added at the 2 position of the naphthyl moiety. The biological and toxicological properties of this compound have not been characterized. This compound is intended for forensic and research purposes.
