Description
1,2-Dilauroyl-
sn-glycero-3-PG (DLPG) is a phospholipid containing 12:0 fatty acids at the
sn-
1 and
sn-
2 positions. This short chain phosphatidylglycerol exhibits excellent surfactant properties and may be useful for various applications.
Uses
1,2-Dilauroyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-sn-glycerol (sodium salt), is used in biological studies and therapeutic use with cancer cell sensitization.
