Synthesis
trans-4-Pentylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid was prepared by using methyl 4-pentylbenzoate as the starting material, and 4-pentylbenzoic acid was produced by alkaline hydrolysis, and then trans-4-pentylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid with high purity was prepared by the hydrogenation reaction of the aromatic ring and crystallization and separation.
