3-Aminonaphthalene-1,5-disulfonic acid diazo, and Naphthalen-1-amine coupling, again diazo, and 8-Aminonaphthalene-2-sulfonic acid coupling, product to diazo, in alkaline conditions and 6-Amino-4-hydroxynaphthalene-2-sulfonic acid? coupling, and then diazo, and 6-Hydroxynaphthalene-2-sulfonic acid coupling.
Properties and Applications
blue ash. Dark grey powder. Soluble in water as dark blue, soluble in ethanol. The strong sulfuric acid dyes for violet black, diluted into dark purple.
