N-Acetyl-D-galactosamine 4-Sulfate induces the fibrillar features of amyloid-β (Aβ)-glycosaminoglycans (GAG) interactions in vitro. The development of theraputics based on this model may lead to effective inhibitors of the GAG-induced amyloid formation.
