In calendaring film, sheeting, vinyl dispersions,
extrusions.
Production Methods
Diisoctyl adipate is manufactured by esterifying adipic acid
with isooctanol and is used as a plasticizer for cellulose nitrate, ethyl cellulose, polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene,
and polyvinyl chloride.
