Description
Calcium ammonium nitrate is a nitrogen fertilizer made by melting ammonium nitrate and a certain proportion of limestone and dolomite powder. The composition is a mixture of NH4NO3, CaCO3 and MgCO3. Calcium ammonium nitrate has a nitrogen content of 21% to 26% (N), gray-white or light yellow granules or powder, and the aqueous solution is weakly alkaline.
Chemical Properties
Calcium ammonium nitrate has better physical properties than ammonium nitrate and is safer. Because the finished product contains calcium carbonate, etc., it has a good effect on acidic soil. If phosphate fertilizer is applied, it should not be mixed with water-soluble phosphate fertilizer, so as not to reduce the effectiveness of phosphorus.
Uses
Calcium ammonium nitrate can significantly speed up the hydration process of sulfoaluminate cement and improve its early strength significantly, so it can be used as an early strength agent.
Uses
Nitric acid, ammonium calcium salt is an efficient and environmentally friendly green fertilizer. It is easy to dissolve in water, has fast fertilizer effect, and has the characteristics of rapid nitrogen supplementation and direct calcium supplementation.
Flammability and Explosibility
Non flammable
