Description
KY19334 is a small molecule that activates the Wnt/β-catenin pathway by inhibiting the CXXC5–Dvl interaction and accelerates wound healing in diabetic mice. By restoring the suppressed Wnt/β-catenin signaling and thereby inducing the expression of its target genes, KY19334 enhances the wound-healing capacity of diabetic mice. Furthermore, KY19334 induces angiogenesis in mice with hindlimb ischemia.
