Synthese
There are two main methods to synthesize 5-fluoro-2-methoxyphenylboronic acid: 1) Reacting with p-fluoroanisole and n-butyllithium solution dissolved in THF at -60 . , then react with triisopropyl borate at -70 and then acidify with hydrochloric acid to obtain; 2) Use 2-bromo-4-fluoroanisole and n-butyllithium solution dissolved in THF first. 2) obtained by reacting 2-bromo-4-fluoroanisole with n-butyllithium solution dissolved in THF at -78 , then reacting with trimethyl borate at room temperature, then acidified with hydrochloric acid and washed with ammonium chloride solution.
