Animal Model: Eighty Sprague-Dawley rats (acute, lethal organophosphate pesticide (OP) poisoning model) Dosage: 20 mg/kg (Ophthalmic cyclopentolate) Administration: i.p. Result: Survival in rats pretreated with ophthalmic cyclopentolate (20 mg/kg) is 90%.
