- 生物活性 CW069 是一种变构选择性microtubule motor protein HSET抑制剂，IC50为75 μM, 其选择性显著高于KSP.
- 体外研究 CW069 increases multipolar spindles in N1E-115 cells with supernumerary centrosomes without altering bipolar spindle morphology in normal human dermal fibroblast cells. CW069 inhibits growth in cancer N1E-115 cells with IC50 of 10 μM, but not in NHDF or primary human bone marrow cells.
