- 生物活性 Latanoprost acid 是前列腺素 (PG) F2α 的类似物，是选择性的前列腺素受体 FP 激动剂，FP 可以特异性激活 FP-PG 受体。Latanoprost acid 通过抑制 ERK，AKT，JNK 和 p38 级联反应，继而沿 c-fos/NFATc1 通路抑制 RANKL 诱导的破骨细胞生成和功能。Latanoprost acid 是一种可降低眼内压力的药物。

Latanoprost acid (10-20 μM;24 hours) reduces he protein expressions of c-fos and NFATc1.
Latanoprost acid (10μM with 50ng/ml RANKL) significantly inhibits ERK, p38, AKT and JNK.
