- 简介 澳洲茄边碱是从茄属植物中分离得到的一种甾体生物碱。澳洲茄边碱可以与c3样蛋白酶(SARS-CoV-2主蛋白酶)的氨基酸Phe8、Pro9、Ile152、Tyr154、Pro293、Phe294、Val297和Arg298相互作用。其来源于龙葵SolanumnigrumL.果实；丁茄SolanumsurattenseBurm.f，有散瘀消肿，止痛拔毒的作用。
- 生物活性 Solamargine 是一种来源于茄属植物的类固醇 Solasodine 的衍生物，在多种癌症中均表现出抗癌活性。Solamargine 诱导非选择性细胞毒性和 P-gp 抑制作用。Solamargine 通过下调 MMP-2 和 MMP-9 的表达和活性来显着抑制 HepG2 细胞的迁移和侵袭。
