MMV019313 is a potent, non-bisphosphonate inhibitor of farnesyl/geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthase (FPPS/GGPPS) with an IC50 of 0.82 μM. MMV019313 has activity against P. falciparum (Parasite)[1].
