SDPC; PC(18:0/22:6), also known as 1-stearoyl-2-docosahexaenoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, is a phospholipid with both saturated and unsaturated fatty acid attached by glycerol to the phosphate head. The sn-1 position contains saturated stearic acid while the sn-2 position is made of highly unsaturated fatty acid (docosahexaenoic acid).

SDPC is used in the preparation method of functional DNA-hsp65 vaccine liposomal complex which is used for protection against tuberculosis.

It has a role as a mouse metabolite. It is functionally related to an octadecanoic acid and an all-cis-docosa-4,7,10,13,16,19-hexaenoic acid.
