WRC-0571 is a highly potent and selective, non-xanthine antagonist of A1 adenosine receptors.
Uses
(Rac)-WRC-0571 is a highly potent, orally active and selective, non-xanthine antagonist of A1 adenosine receptors. (Rac)-WRC-0571 inhibits [3H]-N6-cyclohexyladenosine (CHA) binding to guinea pig A1-receptors with a Ki value of 1.1 nM[1].
