Dimethyl-SGD-1882 (Dimethyl-PBD dimer) is a highly potent DNA alkylator, and is used as an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) cytotoxin. PBD Dimer is a DNA alkylator which inhibits DNA replication[1].
