JAB-2485 is a potent and selective Aurora kinase A (AURKA) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 0.33 nM. JAB-2485 exhibits around 1700-fold selectivity for AURKA over AURKB. JAB-2485 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. JAB-2485 can be used for the research of cancer[1].
