SGC-CAMKK2-1 is the selective, inhibitor for calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase 2 (CAMKK2) with an IC50 of 30 nM. SGC-CAMKK2-1 inhibits AMPK phosphorylation in cell C4-2 with an IC50 of 1.6 μM[1].
Biological Activity
SGC-CAMKK2-1 (YL-36) is a potent and selective CaM kinase kinase (CaMKK) inhibitor (CAMKK2 IC50 = 30 nM) th at inhibits C4-2 cellular AMPK phosphorylation (IC50 = 1.6 μM) with selective affinity toward CAMKK1/2 over other kinases (404-kinase panel kinome-wide Discoverx screen).
