HSP90-IN-21 (5e) is an antiplasmodial agent, with IC50 values of 0.04, 0.17 and 2.91 μM against erythrocytic stage of P. falciparum (Pf3D7 and PfDd2 strains), cytotoxicity of human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (HepG2), respectively[1].
