General procedure for the synthesis of 4,6-diaminopyrimidine from the compound (CAS:40070-06-2): 250 mL of 11.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution was added to the 4,6-diamino-2-sulfinic acid pyrimidine filter cake obtained in step 2, and the mixture was cooled to -5 °C and stirred continuously for 0.5 h.
