NH-bis(PEG4-acid) HCl salt is a branched PEG compound. It is reactive with activated NHS esters under neutral or slightlt basic condition. The terminal carboxylic acids can react with primary amino groups in the presence of activators HATU or EDC.

NH-bis(PEG4-acid) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
