(all-E)-UAB30 (UAB30) is an retinoid X receptor (RXR) selective agonist.(all-E)-UAB30 shows anti-proliferation activity for MyLa, HuT 78, and HH cells with the IC50 of 34.7, 5.1, and 22.4 μM respectively[1][2].
