MSD-D is an inhibitor of voltage-gated K(+) (Kv) channels Kv1.5.

MSD-D is a potent and frequency-dependent Kv1.5 channel inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.5 μM. MSD-D is promising for research of atrial-selective class III antiarrhythmics[2].
