Myeloperoxidase (human) ELISA Kit

Cayman’s MPO (human) ELISA Kit is a sandwich assay that can be used to measure MPO in plasma and serum without prior sample purification. This assay has been validated using plasma and serum from healthy volunteers and the results shown to be consistent with published data. The assay has also been validated in RPMI-1640 with 10% fetal bovine serum, a standard tissue culture medium.
