Mitochondrial PT Pore Assay Kit

Cayman’s Mitochondrial PT Pore Assay Kit utilizes the calcein/cobalt technique multiplexed with TMRE, allowing for the measurement of both membrane integrity and mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm).
