Описание
Picotamide is an unique antithrombotic agent which acts by selectively inhibiting thromboxane synthesis and blocking platelet thromboxane receptors without affecting prostaglandin synthesis. It is reported to be useful in the treatment of myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular disorders, pulmonary embolism and atherosclerosis.Использование
