Production process

99% Sodamide for measuring is added in reactor, while being slowly added dropwise a certain amount of 99% anhydrous tertiary butanol, drop finishes, stirring, 85 DEG C of insulation back flow reaction 10h of control temperature of reaction kettle.After reaction terminates, distilled, the tert-butyl alcohol is steamed（It is back in reactor）, distill to not going out to evaporate, room temperature is cooled to, discharge, pack to obtain 98% sodium tert-butoxide finished product.

Whole reaction yield 76.3%.This project is condensed using three-level, including two grades of chilled brine condensations and one-level water-cooled, the tert-butyl alcohol（82.8 DEG C of boiling point）, using three-level condense, condenser area is 20m2, tert-butyl alcohol condensation efficiency is 98%.
