While heating dissolved in organic solvents, it will turned into jelly in case of cold. The Case of acid decomposed into stearic acid and corresponding salts.
Use

This product is mainly used as non-toxic PVC stabilizer, also used for releasing agent in cosmetics and styrene resin. It’s used as the rubber softener and release agent in rubber industry ,also can be used as polishing ,agents and paints plain agent In the rubber industry as textile rubber softener and release agent, also can be used for polishing agents and paints plain agent.
