DESCRIPTIONS

V8 is serine protease, specifically hydrolyzes aspartic acid and glutamic acid residue carboxyl side peptide and ester bond. The Optimum pH is 8.0 ~ 8.5. Its enzyme inhibitors are diisopropyl fluorine phosphoric acid (DFP) and alpha 2 - giant globulin and N α = - P - toluene sulfonyl - l-lysine chlorine methyl ketone (TLCK).
