7,8-二羟基黄酮，7,8-DHF

Light yellow 7, 8-dihydroxyl flavone is a crystalline powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, derived from Pulsatilla chinensis (Bge.) Regel.  7,8-DHF is a compound that synthesizes flavonoids that reach the brain and activate receptors that promote neuronal growth (TrkB).  Some animal evidence suggests that 7,8-DHF May have some cognitive and motor benefits and may be beneficial, but to date there is no human evidence to support these claims.  When TrkB receptors are activated, neurons tend to experience growth and protection.  This growth tends to affect the dendrites of neurons, which extend into the synapse to communicate with subsequent neurons, and 7,8-DHF has shown the ability to promote the growth of these dendrites into the synapse to help restore communication between neurons in animals.
